•The Brat Pack Movies & Music Collection (Universal, $40) holds The Breakfast Club, Sixteen Candles and Weird Science in a denim-covered binder.

• The Controversial ClassicsCollection (Warner Home Video, $80) includes Blackboard Jungle, Advise and Consent and five other films that once upset censors.

• The Classic Ski Films set (Topics Entertainment, $50) does not — we repeat, does not — include Robert Redford's 1969 classic Downhill Racer. Instead, the set includes nine vintage films on Alpine skiing by Otto Lang, John Jay and Dick Barrymore.

Robert Rodriguez Mexico Trilogy (Sony, $40) packages El Mariachi, Desperado and Once Upon a Time in Mexico in a case just a little fatter than a regular single DVD.
